Located in the Ottawa Valley, Ontario Commercial Sealants Inc. has been providing quality service for over 35 years in the sealant and firestopping industries. With an RBQ Licence and workers holding certificates with the Commission de la construction du Quebec (CCQ) we have completed firestopping and caulking project in both Ontario and Quebec.

Ontario Commercial Sealants Inc. uses only the best, high-quality firestopping and caulking products to create airtight, watertight barriers preventing leaks and improving insulation.

Our highly skilled tradespeople will seal gaps in a variety of structures from low-rise to high rise buildings (using swing stages, lifts or klimers). Our team of accomplished caulking and firestopping experts are trained to apply sealants to precast concrete, windows, panels, doors, doorframes, walls, floors and other masonry. Skilled in using tools such as caulking guns, mallets, chisels to working with various material such as silicone, acrylic or self-expanding form joint seal. Our specialty caulkers will handle firestopping, flashings or work in other specific industries both in residential and commercial construction.
